Pocket Orbit does not require users to create an account. We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, contacts, photos, videos, audio files, calendar information, health information, or precise GPS location. Pocket Orbit uses third-party services, including Google Mobile Ads, which may collect certain information automatically from your device.
2. How Information Is Used
Information may be used for the following purposes: Showing ads in the app, measuring ad performance, analytics and app performance measurement, fraud prevention, security, and compliance. We use this data to improve the stability and functionality of our app.
3. Advertising
Pocket Orbit displays ads through Google Mobile Ads. Ads may include interstitial ads and rewarded ads. Rewarded ads are optional and are shown only when the user chooses to watch an ad in exchange for an in-game reward. Google Mobile Ads may collect and share data as described in Google’s own policies.
4. In-App Purchases
Pocket Orbit may offer an optional Remove Ads purchase. Purchases are processed through Google Play. We do not collect or store payment card information.
5. Children’s Privacy
Pocket Orbit is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe that a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us so we can review and delete the information if necessary.
6. Data Security
Data transmitted by third-party services used in Pocket Orbit is encrypted in transit where supported by those services.
7. Data Retention
Pocket Orbit stores limited gameplay information locally on the user’s device, such as high score, tutorial completion status, and settings. This local data is not transmitted to our servers. Third-party services may retain data according to their own privacy policies and retention practices.
8. Your Choices
Users may reset local app data by clearing the app’s storage or uninstalling the app. Users may also manage advertising personalization through their device settings and Google account settings.
